Chocolate Mousse


Ingredients

 bittersweet chocolate, 250 g (1 and 1 / 2 chocolate bar)
• Cream, 250 g
• Sugar, 100 g
 3 eggs


Preparation

 Separate the yolks and whites
 Whisk the egg whites until snow
• Divide the chocolate small parts
 Beat the 3 egg yolks until firm.
 Melt the chocolate over low heat along with the 3 egg yolks.
• Go Blending together the egg yolks in baking chocolate.
• Remove the melted chocolate and let it warm up.
 Beat the Cream along with 100 grams of sugar
• Mix the cream with chocolate preparation.
 Whip mixture along with egg whites
 Stain a dessert cups
• Cool in the refrigerator (3 hours) or freezer (2 hours) before serving
